This policy explains what personal data we process when you use fredmasimo.pl and the services of Fred Masimo Barbershop salons in Warsaw (Wola – Dzielna 72, Praga-Południe – Ostrobramska 126, Mińska – Podskarbińska 32), why we process it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is KASPIGROUP Sp. z o.o., registered office: ul. Dzielna 72 lok. U6, 01-029 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0000861736, NIP (tax ID) 5272938349, REGON 387276920. Contact for data protection matters: info@fredmasimo.pl.

2. What data we process and why

• Phone and e-mail contact – name, phone number, e-mail address and message content, to answer your question or handle your visit (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Website chat – the messages you type in the chat window, to answer your question (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please do not share sensitive data in the chat.
• Bookings – appointments are booked via Booksy. The data you provide (e.g. name, phone, e-mail, date and service) is processed to deliver your visit (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Booksy also processes it under its own privacy policy.
• Website statistics (Google Analytics 4) – only if you consent in the cookie banner: pages visited, clicks (e.g. booking, phone, directions buttons), approximate location, device and browser (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Marketing (Meta Pixel) – information about visits and interactions, to measure the effectiveness of ads on Meta services (Facebook, Instagram), based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Security and operation of the website – technical data in server logs such as IP address and browser type (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies

The website uses cookies necessary for it to work and – only with your consent – analytics and marketing cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings – the banner will appear again. The site also embeds Google Maps, which may set its own Google cookies.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with providers that help us run the website and salons: hosting provider, Booksy (bookings), Google (Analytics, Maps), Meta Platforms (Pixel) and IT service providers. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses or a European Commission decision (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. How long we keep data

• correspondence and chat messages – until the matter is resolved, then up to 12 months;
• booking data – while you use our services and for the limitation period for claims;
• Google Analytics data – 14 months;
• data processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). To exercise these rights, write to info@fredmasimo.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

7. Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number or e-mail we cannot book your visit or reply to your message. We do not make automated decisions, including profiling with legal effects.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, e.g. when the tools we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
